A download may be of a full radio show, audio book, song or other form of media. You store a download on your phone to watch, read or listen to offline whenever you like. These are usually one-off. Streaming is when you watch or listen to something that’s hosted online; so you need an internet connection to do this. You can listen to Escape Your Limits by streaming an episode as well.
