    Five minutes is all you need to challenge your muscular endurance

    Our previous Workout of the Week (WoW) centred on the MONO, our most compact training frame in the new Octagon frame range. This time we are stepping it up a notch with a WoW that’s been created around the big and bold WOD BOX.

    This WoW comprises four exercises, each set to challenge energy systems and muscular endurance to the max.

    THE CHALLENGE: COMPLETE AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE IN FIVE MINUTES

    This simple workout consists of four exercises. The easier the exercises get, the more reps required. With quick transitions between exercises you can really test yourself or your clients to perform more rounds each time they take on the challenge.

    Please make sure you or your client has a good warm up before starting the workout. It’s also advised that you practice each exercise first so you’re fully prepared to give it everything you’ve got.

    THE EXERCISES

    Power Clean from the hang – 6 reps (recommend weight: 50kg for men and 30kg for women).
    Chin over bar – 9 reps.
    Chest to bar row – 12 reps.
    Toes to bar – 15 reps.
