LOAD combines the benefits of traditional plate-loaded machines with advanced variable resistance technology. High-tensile resistance bands promote continuous muscle engagement throughout movements, particularly at the end range of motion, maximizing strength gains. All movements are also performed in a standing position which activates the entire kinetic chain.
The Drive Station focuses on the upper-body primarily shoulders and chest. It offers a highly effective training for strength, hypertrophy, power, and speed. This plateloaded piece station also incorporates variable resistance training, enabling users to perform powerful, strength-based exercises while standing on their own two feet. Drive ensures full kinetic chain engagement, meaning the entire body stabilizes while the primary muscles work at maximum capacity.

LIFT STATION.

ROW STATION.
The Row Station is an effective tool for full-body stabilization and back-focused strength training, designed to develop strength, hypertrophy, power, and speed through fundamental pulling movements. Users engage the entire kinetic chain, activating stabilizers throughout the body for a more functional and effective workout.
