Rockstars of Sanctuary Fitness: The bag and med ball workout

Coach Kevin Forbes explains how you can easily replace both training tools or movement difficulty to suit your needs. It's your workout!

What gym equipment do I need?
After a warm up of stretching and bodyweight movements, this workout uses a Corebag and medicine ball. However, you can always supplement these fitness equipment for household items if you don't have them.
What exercises are in the workout?
