Rockstars of Sanctuary Fitness: The Kevin Forbes workout
In a joint partnership with Escape Fitness and Sanctuary Fitness, below you'll find a great workout that will challenge any ability. Whether you exercise at home, outdoors or in the gym, follow the instruction in the video below and get moving.
With all bodyweight movements the Sanctuary Fitness team explain how to tailor this workout to your own abilities, moving slower or faster if you need to. This is your workout! If you don't want to jump, don't jump... Coach Kevin Forbes explains how you can easily replace jumping movements with simple steps, for example.

What gym equipment do I need?
After a warm up of stretching and bodyweight movements, this workout uses the VECTOR and the DECK or STEP and RISER. However, you can always supplement these training tools if you don't have them with other kinds of bench or step and resistance bands or tubes if you need to.
Coach Kevin also uses a TIYR as an anchor point for the VECTOR, but any sturdy alternative will be fine.

Below you'll find the movements and exercises involved in the Sanctuary Fitness workout, including a warm up before getting in to the main routine. It's important to watch the video above and follow the instruction of Coach Kevin to maintain good form and rest when required.
