Rockstars of Sanctuary Fitness: The bag and med ball workout

In a joint partnership with Escape Fitness and Sanctuary Fitness, below you'll find a great workout that will challenge any ability. Whether you exercise at home, outdoors or in the gym, follow the instruction in the video below and get moving.

With all movements the Sanctuary Fitness team explain how to tailor this workout to your own abilities or equipment, whether you have the latest fitness equipment or just a bag and a bottle of water. Coach Kevin Forbes explains how you can easily replace both training tools or movement difficulty to suit your needs. It's your workout!

What gym equipment do I need?

After a warm up of stretching and bodyweight movements, this workout uses a Corebag and medicine ball. However, you can always supplement these fitness equipment for household items if you don't have them.

What exercises are in the workout?
